One important caveat, though: If no one is behind you, by all means see how many street signs you can hit with your ice cubes. 10 points for green/blue/brown freeway signs, 20 for speed limit signs, and 100 for mile markers.

You're doing it wrong. Get Boba tea from a Chinese restaurant. It's got little chewy ball things in it that you suck up through the straw. Get some in your mouth, then use the straw to spit-ball shoot them.
